  • 1 g ground coriander (about ½ tsp)
  • 1 g smoked paprika (about ½ tsp)
  • 3 g salt (about ½ tsp, adjust to taste)
  • 0.5 g black pepper (about ¼ tsp)
  • 5 g fresh parsley, chopped (about 2 tbsp)
  • 15 ml lemon juice (about 1 tbsp)
  • 1 g crushed red pepper flakes (about ½ tsp, for spice,optional)

  • Preheat: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.

  • Finish & Serve: Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot with pita bread, rice, or a fresh salad.
